I am an Architect providing Architectural Design Consultancy services,   serving Lincolnshire and surrounding areas.  I specialise in home alteration design & plans, home extension and loft conversion design & plans  but also work on commercial building projects as well as new build domestic property,  from design to preparing and submitting plans and planning applications.

Particularly now, in these increasingly difficult times, it is often more cost effective to extend your existing home, subject to space availability, than it is to move to another property. I pride myself in providing a friendly and cost effective approach to your requirements and will always listen to your views, which are most important.

Where you have never before been involved in the process of Planning and Building Regulations applications, I am happy to guide you through all the necessary steps, handling all form filling and paper work for you.
I am equally happy to undertake projects such as new dwellings, conversions of buildings and small commercial projects.
